TEAM MINISTRIES
Team Ministries

Like a team of horses; serving and working in Church ministries is easier when we work together as teams instead of trying to go it alone. At Frontier Cowboy Church there are many opportunities to join and work as a team to serve God, our Church, and our Community.
The ARENA TEAM is responsible for the oversight, care, maintenance, and use of the arena. This team is responsible for providing the tools, resources, and personnel necessary for the church to effectively carry out its arena ministry. They
work with the Leadership Team as well as the other ministry teams to develop strategies and plan events that will utilize
the arena to effectively reach the cowboy/western culture for Christ.
The AUDIT TEAM is responsible to ensure that the church has adequate financial resources to effectively carry out its ministries. They work cooperatively with the pastor, elders, lay pastors, professional staff, and team leaders to find maximum resources for meeting each ministry's needs. They are also responsible for the preparation of the annual budget,
for the oversight and accounting of all financial records, and for assisting the pastor and elders with long term planning
which will ensure that the church has financial resources to meet future ministry needs.
The CARE TEAM is responsible for organizing the efforts of the church in helping both our members and non-members who find themselves in physical or spiritual need. This vital work of the church is most needed in illnesses, accidents, and times of tragedy.
The CHILDREN'S TEAM ministers to children ages 3 through 7 years old Sunday morning during The Gathering.
The CHUCKWAGON TEAM provides food and beverages at church functions as requested by the leadership of the church. We are all about gathering around the Chuck Wagon and campfire with our cast iron pots and having good food, fun, and fellowship.
COWGIRLS UP plans and coordinates activities that will minister to women and equip them to minister to others in their area of influence for Christ.
The FACILITY TEAM is responsible to ensure that the church has adequate facilities to effectively carry out its ministries. They oversee the care, maintenance, and use of all facilities and grounds except the arena. They also assist the
pastor and elders with long-range planning which will ensure that the church has adequate facilities to meet future needs.
The HOSPITALITY TEAM organizes greeters for Sunday morning Gatherings and provides refreshments for the Sunday
morning Loaf'n Shed.
The MEDIA TEAM supports the Pastor, Church Leadership, and all other ministry teams in the pursuit of their ministries.
This team provides audio and video in support of music and Church worship. They also provide promotional media on the
Church Big Screen and Internet Web Site for various Church and Team events. In addition, they provide assistance with brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials as requested by other Church Teams and Church Leadership.
The MUSIC TEAM works hard to provide foot-stomping, hand-clapping, heart and Spirit-filled music for worship and
church events as requested by Church Leadership.
The PERSONNEL TEAM is responsible to ensure that the church has adequate support staff to effectively carry out its ministries. They will fill staff vacancies as needed or as directed by the church leadership, conduct periodic staff
evaluations, make salary recommendations and mediate church/staff disputes.
The PROMOTIONS TEAM is responsible for keeping the FCC brand out in the community. This is accomplished by promoting the Church on Radio and TV, providing Church membership with FCC branded apparel and merchandise for wearing and use in the community, and coordinating the Church's participation in appropriate community events.
The TRAIL RIDE TEAM organizes periodic riding events for horses and wagons further promoting the western culture in our Church.
The WEDNESDAY NITE FEED LOT TEAM provides a Wednesday night meal prior to the Gathering time. They nourish the stomach so that God through the Pastor can nourish the Soul.
YESTERDAY'S YOUTH provide Third Thursday nursing home visitation.
The YOUTH MINISTRY TEAM coordinates and facilitates various meetings and activities to minister to and teach the youth of the Church. They also assist in outreach to other youth in the cowboy culture of our community.
